Payment Terms
These Payment Terms set out the methods of payment, timing, and related conditions for purchases made from Paradiz Limited (Company No. 78603177, Hong Kong).
1. Accepted Payment Methods

1.1 All payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers.
1.2 For security reasons, we do not store or have access to your complete credit card details.
2. Payment Timing
2.1 Full payment is required at the time of placing an order.
2.2 Orders will be confirmed and processed only after successful payment authorization.
2.3 If payment authorization is not received, the order will be automatically cancelled.
3. Pricing and Currency
3.1 All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
3.2 Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of VAT, import duties, and customs clearance fees. As the importer of record, you are responsible for these costs in your country (see our Terms of Service, Section 12).
3.3 Prices may change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders already paid for are not affected by subsequent price adjustments.
4. Failed or Rejected Payments
4.1 If your payment fails, your order will not be processed.
4.2 You may be contacted by our support team to provide an alternative payment method.
4.3 If payment is not resolved within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled.
5. Fraud Prevention & Verification
5.1 To protect against fraud, we reserve the right to:

Cancel any suspicious orders, and/or

Request additional verification such as proof of identity or billing address.
5.2 Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
6.1 If you experience a payment issue, please contact us first at support@fytrium.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly.
6.2 Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays to resolution.
6.3 In cases where chargebacks are found to be unfounded or fraudulent, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and seek recovery of associated costs.
7. Refunds
7.1 Refunds, when applicable, are processed back to the original payment method used.
7.2 Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take up to 10 business days.
